Got a personalised video of the car and the main MOT points as well as what needed fixing and options to then click to authorise the repair. So easy and straightforward. Managed to work around my schedule and let me bring it in over an hour before it was scheduled in. As well as that, let me hire out a courtesy car despite not pre booking it. The ladies on the service reception were stars, so kind and helpful. To put the icing on the cake, came out and the car was clean !! Definitely recommend using the Car Shop Service Centre.
